Mijoint, established in 2018, positions itself as a strategic automation partner serving the AI, consumer electronics, automotive manufacturing, and industrial automation industries. The company dedicates over 45% of its resources to R&D and holds over 150 technical patents.

The relocation to the Coolpad Tech Eco-Park, where Mijoint has leased approximately 17,000 square meters of space, is critical for scaling operations. The new facility is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of 2026, providing the necessary infrastructure to support its growth trajectory and a projected annual output value exceeding RMB 300 million.

For example, the Type-C assembly equipment integrates a Composite Assembly System using Mechanical Cam and Electronic Cam structures, enabling high-speed, single-piece assembly. This precision results in:

  • Assembly Accuracy of ±0.01mm across the X, Y, and Z axes.
  • An ultra-rapid equipment Cycle Time (CT) of 0.8 seconds/piece.
  • Full-process digitization via MES integration, ensuring Digital Traceability and Quality Management to achieve a yield rate exceeding 99%.

2. Flexible Platform for AI Server High-Speed Cables

To overcome the challenges of rapid AI server technology iteration, Mijoint designed a Flexible Automation Platform Solution based on a "standardized platform + modular components" architecture. This modularity allows a unified platform to quickly interchange standardized process modules (such as UV laser and welding) to adapt to new process requirements, minimizing investment in new production lines. Key features include:

  • Rapid Changeover: The platform supports parallel changeover operations, which reduces changeover time by up to 70%.
  • High Compatibility: The design is compatible with over 95% of high-speed cable products, supporting seamless adaptation from 56G to 224G technology specifications.
