Coolpad Tech Eco-Park and Dongguan Mijoint Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Mijoint Technology”) held a plant handover ceremony in the lobby of Building 12, Unit 1, marking the company’s official entry into the park. This move opens a new phase of industrial collaboration and is set to inject fresh momentum into the upgrading of the regional electronic information industry.
In attendance were Wei Chen, General Manager of Coolpad Tech Eco-Park, along with key representatives from the park’s investment, operations, and planning departments. Mijoint Technology was represented by its Financial Director, Jian He, and other senior management, all gathering to witness this key milestone.

In his speech, Wei Chen underscored the park’s mission to “gather innovative forces and empower industrial upgrade,” emphasizing its focus on building professional, high-quality service platforms for technology companies. “Our core goal is to create a worry-free environment where enterprises can operate with confidence, develop securely, and grow steadily,” Chen stated. He noted that Mijoint Technology’s decision to locate in the park reflects strong recognition of its integrated services and industrial clustering advantages. “Mijoint’s presence will further diversify our ecosystem, facilitate upstream-downstream resource integration, and foster mutual empowerment for synergistic growth.”

Jian He affirmed the park’s comprehensive service support in his address. He introduced Mijoint Technology as a provincial-level “Little Giant” enterprise that is currently pursuing national-level “Little Giant” certification, with deep technical expertise and competitive strength in the electronics information sector. “The park’s complete facilities, efficient operations, and conducive industrial environment provide solid support for our production expansion and R&D enhancement,” He said. He looked forward to in-depth collaboration with Coolpad Group in technology development, resource sharing, and market expansion, aiming to leverage complementary strengths and achieve mutual success in advancing high-quality industry development.

Following the addresses, Wei Chen and Jian He signed the plant handover agreement on behalf of both parties, bringing the ceremony to a formal close.
It is reported that Mijoint Technology has leased roughly 17,000 square meters in Building 12. The new facility is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of 2026, staffed with over 800 R&D and technical personnel, and projected to achieve an annual output value exceeding RMB 300 million.
Additionally, Coolpad Tech Eco-Park’s investment department disclosed that as of mid-November 2025, the park has leased a total of 120,000 square meters. With a steady stream of high-quality technology enterprises joining, the park’s industrial cluster effect is becoming increasingly evident, positioning it as an influential hub for technological innovation in the region. The inclusion of Mijoint Technology will further strengthen the park’s competitiveness in the electronic information industry and provide sustained support for the optimization and upgrade of the regional industrial structure.
