Dual-Station Hot Bar Soldering Machine
This series of hot bar soldering platforms features a dual-soldering module design, enabling the entire machine to achieve motion control in the directions of X, Y, Z axes with high motion accuracy via servo motors and precision lead screws. Simultaneously, it relies on a power control system to ensure high soldering stability. It can solder wide-area PCBs in a single operation and can solder multiple products simultaneously, thereby achieving higher soldering efficiency.

High-Precision Motion & Positioning
Driven by servo module, it can achieve high precision and accurate positioning with repeatability as high as ±0.02 mm.
Soldering Capability & Efficiency
With dual-head synchronous soldering mode, efficiency is potentially doubled. It's also capable of soldering small components (e.g., protection boards, precision devices) and completing batch soldering of multiple pieces in a single operation.
Intelligent Temperature Control
It also integrates thermocouples for temperature monitoring and feedback, forming a closed-loop control system to enhance soldering stability. And with dual-pulse soldering function, the temperature, duration, and temperature rise of both the first and second pulses can be set independently. Besides, it is equipped with temperature monitoring and real-time LED display interface to show the temperature curve during soldering.
Automation & Scalability
It supports vertical movement control of the soldering head and cooling airflow adjustment for the heating head. It also can store up to 20 sets of soldering parameters, facilitating product changeover and supporting integration into automated production lines.
