Desktop Jetting Vision Dispensing Machine
This equipment integrates two core systems: high-precision dispensing and intelligent vision positioning. It employs a local vision CCD positioning system capable of rapidly capturing workpiece features to achieve simple yet precise positioning. Simultaneously, the integrated non-contact high-precision dispensing system excels at performing precise dispensing within minute gaps. It can stably achieve an ultimate process capability with a minimum dispensing diameter of 0.3 mm and a finest line width of 0.35 mm, perfectly meeting the stringent requirements for minute amounts of glue in microelectronics assembly.
Desktop Dispensing Machine
This equipment achieves three-axis (XYZ) dispensing position control by driving the spray valve module via an electric motor, and coordinating movement of the base in the Y direction. It can be configured with either pneumatic dispensing valve or a piezoelectric valve, and in cases requiring higher precision, optional vision positioning systems can be integrated to meet diverse product demands.

Desktop Forming & Trimming Machine
This series of Hot Bar soldering platforms is a single-pass multi-pin automatic soldering machine compatible with multiple functions including CCD for magnified display and automatic solder wire feeder. The equipment is easy to operate and requires no specialized training—operators only need to place the workpiece on the soldering platform and press the start button to complete the soldering process. Its process principle involves rapid heating and cooling of solder joints under pressure, effectively preventing defects including solder floating and pseudo soldering. By integrating functions of closed-loop temperature feedback control and real-time pressure monitoring, the system enables high-precision control of soldering parameters, thereby ensuring excellent process repeatability and consistent high-quality production.
This equipment is suitable for single-sided processing of a single workpiece, soldering all solder joints on one side in a single operation.
CO2 Laser Stripping Machine
