The BTB Female Connector Automated Assembly & Inspection & Packaging Equipment is a high-precision automated system specifically designed for production lines of flexibly connected precision electronic products (e.g., smartphone and laptop motherboard connectors). It can automatically performs precision assembly of the four core components of BTB connector—housing, terminals, latch, and shield—while integrating quality inspection and final packaging to achieve full-process automation.

Utilizing linear motor modules and closed-loop control, this advanced FPC insertion machine achieves precise insertion into steel sheets with an accuracy of ±0.03 mm. It supports rapid loading and switching of multiple tray specifications. An array of suction cups simultaneously and stably attract hundreds of products with no material falling or damaged.
