Flex Quick-Changeover FPC Placing Machine
This equipment is specifically designed for high-precision insertion of Flex flexible printed circuit (FPC) into steel sheet, serving as a critical front-end step. Utilizing linear motor modules and closed-loop control, it achieves precise insertion into steel sheet with an accuracy of ±0.03mm. It supports rapid loading and switching of multiple tray specifications. An array of suction cups simultaneously and stably attract hundreds of products with no material falling or damaged. The full-line's changeover time is controlled within 30 minutes, possessing outstanding flexible production capability to guarantee continuous and stable operation.
