Fully Automatic G20 Micro Switch Assembly, Inspection & Packaging Line
To address the challenges of low yield, high scrap rates, substantial rework costs, and difficult changeovers associated with traditional equipment, this automatic switch production line liberates enterprises from their "reliance on highly skilled labor" and the "management nightmare of multi-variety production".
This line encompasses three complete processes: latch assembly, final assembly, and inspection & packaging.
Latch Assembly Stage: The micro switch assembly machine utilizes a 6-axis robot to perform flexible assembly by mimicking human hand movements, significantly reducing the risk of latch deformation.
Final Assembly Stage: It can flexibly adapt to over 80 product variations (NO, NC, and SPDT), and utilize the first set of CCD system for automated identification of material type and orientation.
Final Inspection & Packaging Stage: It employs the second set of CCD system to reverify assembly correctness before conducting comprehensive testing including travel test, operating/releasing force test, HiPot Test, insulation resistance test, and contact resistance test. Then all qualified products undergo laser marking and can be packaged either in trays or in bulk as required.
Fully Automatic Clip Pin Insertion & Packaging Machine
Designed to eliminate the inefficiencies, high defect rates, and management challenges of traditional manual assembly, this high-performance automatic pin insertion machine driving productivity through full automation, vision-guided operation, and high-precision motion control.
Operational Process Flow:
Feeding & Positioning: The terminal insertion machine accepts tray-loaded products, executing automated component picking and secondary high-precision positioning.
Dual-Insertion Execution: One pin insertion module performs two insertions per product, delivering a rapid CT of just 3.5 s/piece.
Vision Guidance & Assembly: An integrated CCD vision system detects the exact alignment slots, guiding the servo module to insert the terminal pins with extreme accuracy.
Post-Processing: Following insertion, the finished components automatically undergo carrier tape folding, secondary pressing, and a final quality inspection.
