Semi-Automatic Series
Automated Assembly Equipment
3D Vision-Guided PGRS Soldering Machine (Dual-Station)
This equipment employs a 3D vision system to precisely locate PCB solder pads and the conductors to be soldered, and calculates positional deviations in real time and feeds the data back to the main control system. Based on the correction data, the soldering module, combined with a specially designed thermode, performs self-adaptive alignment to ensure the conductor accurately contacts the pre-tinned solder pad. The system supports both vision-guided alignment and pre-tinned soldering processes, enabling fast and reliable connections even under high-current conditions.
High-Power Hot Bar Soldering Machine
This series of hot bar soldering platforms addresses industry pain-points of wide soldering range and uneven heat distribution for PCIE products in the high-speed cable sector. Through structural optimization and precise control of local resistance in the soldering terminal, it effectively improves the thermal balance across wide soldering surfaces, achieving uniform soldering in a single operation. This solution significantly enhances soldering efficiency and process consistency while avoiding putting into multiple equipment, making it particularly suitable for the efficient production of large-sized circuit boards like PCIE and CEM.
Single-Station Resistance Welding Machine
This electronic spot welder integrates advanced pressure sensing and electronic control systems, enabling precise control of output voltage, welding duration, and welding pressure. It also features a built-in current sensor monitoring the welding quality of each welding joint in real time. The equipment is suitable for welding enameled wires or metal wires with diameters ranging from 0.02 mm to 0.30 mm. It can directly weld enameled wires, metal wires, metal strips, metal sheets, solar cells, etc. It is now widely applied in the mass production of micro components such as chip inductors, surface mount transformers, miniature buzzers, high-frequency communication components, inductive IC cards, watch coils, and modules.
Desktop Hot Bar Soldering Machine
This series of Hot Bar soldering platforms is a single-pass multi-pin automatic soldering machine compatible with multiple functions including CCD for magnified display and automatic solder wire feeder. The equipment is easy to operate, and requires no specialized training—operators only need to place the workpiece on the soldering platform and press the start button to complete the soldering process. Its process principle involves rapid heating and cooling of solder joints under pressure, effectively preventing defects including solder floating and pseudo soldering. By integrating functions of closed-loop temperature feedback control and real-time pressure monitoring, the system enables high-precision control of soldering parameters, thereby ensuring excellent process repeatability and consistent high-quality production.
This equipment is suitable for single-sided processing of a single workpiece, soldering all solder joints on one side in a single operation.
In-Line PGRS Soldering Machine
Building upon the design of 3D vision positioning and PGRS soldering, this equipment incorporates an in-line loading/unloading system to further enhance automation at this station—enabling automated loading, automated visual recognition, conductor deviation rectification, soldering, and automated unloading. It is especially suited for vision-guided applications and continuous in-line operation scenarios.
Dual-Station Hot Bar Soldering Machine
This series of hot bar soldering platforms features a dual-soldering module design, enabling the entire machine to achieve motion control in the directions of X, Y, Z axes with high motion accuracy via servo motors and precision lead screws. Simultaneously, it relies on a power control system to ensure high soldering stability. It can solder wide-area PCBs in a single operation and can solder multiple products simultaneously, thereby achieving higher soldering efficiency.
