Fully Automatic Fakra Wire Harness Assembly & Inspection Line
The fully automatic Fakra wire harness assembly & inspection line is a highly specialized industrial automation system. Engineered as an advanced coaxial cable assembly line, it delivers a high-capacity Fakra wire harness assembly line process to automatically assemble FAKRA connectors (terminals, housings, and secondary locks) with coaxial cables into a complete wire harness unit. To ensure zero-defect automotive-grade output, the entire layout seamlessly integrates a multi-stage wire harness inspection system.
This line achieves full automation across the entire assembly process, including winding wire, binding wire, loading wire, twisting off the cable sheath, crimping the crimp ferrule, turning the braided sleeve inside out, punching the braided sleeve out, wrapping copper foil, cutting aluminum foil via laser, separating twisted wires, stripping wires, crimping the double-ended terminal, assembling the outer conductor, laser spot welding the outer conductor, and AOI.

Core Strengths
Supreme Standardization & Process Monitoring
Automatically completed by machine, crimping, assembly, and force-control operations combined with a vision system ensure highly consistent results for each operation. Establishing a standardized process system fundamentally eliminates quality fluctuations caused by human factors.
Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement
This line supports 7×24 continuous operation with high speed and high output, effectively reducing unit costs. Besides, single-operator multi-machine management mode significantly reduces direct labor input and lowers quality maintenance costs.
Enhanced Capacity & Stable Delivery
With cycle time significantly outperforming manual operations and no constraints on physical fatigue, efficient execution of production plans and on-time delivery can be assured while it can help to achieve a qualitative leap in manufacturing stability.
Full Lifecycle Data Traceability
We’ve established comprehensive data files for each product, covering key production parameters and inspection results, enabling precise tracing and quality tracking throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished goods.
Flexible Inspection & Intelligent Closed Loop
First, this line supports multiple production modes for products with different lengths or single/double ends. Second, it possesses wire length & dimension measurement and AIDI deep learning technology for 360° no-dead-angle detection of filaments of braided sleeves. Besides, it also integrates crimping pressure monitoring and displacement sensor-based assembly compensation to achieve 100% full inspection and full-process data upload for traceability.

Definition of Standardized Platform
This highly adaptable cable automation platform establishes a new benchmark for manufacturing through five pillars of standardization:
1. Equipment Dimensions Standardization (L×W×H): 1.2 m*1.2 m*1.9 m/0.8 m*1.2 m*1.9 m.
2. Electrical Control System Platformization: With unified PLC/IPC platform, standard I/O interfaces and communication protocols, modules are plug-and-play, and program recipes can be recalled with a single click, significantly reducing debugging time.
3. Mechanical Interface Platformization: All functional modules (pay-off, lacing, soldering, etc.) adopt unified mechanical interfaces and quick-change mechanisms for rapid mounting, dismounting, and function switching.
4. Process Platformization: Covers the complete process chain including aluminum foil stripping, insulation remove, soldering, and glue dispensing. Modules can be flexibly combined to match diverse product process requirements.
5. Safety Protection Standardization: Adopts unified physical guarding standards along with certified, compliant safety electrical components.
