The fully automatic Fakra wire harness assembly & inspection line is a highly specialized industrial automation system. Engineered as an advanced coaxial cable assembly line, it delivers a high-capacity Fakra wire harness assembly line process to automatically assemble FAKRA connectors (terminals, housings, and secondary locks) with coaxial cables into a complete wire harness unit. To ensure zero-defect automotive-grade output, the entire layout seamlessly integrates a multi-stage wire harness inspection system. This line achieves full automation across the entire assembly process, including winding wire, binding wire, loading wire, twisting off the cable sheath, crimping the crimp ferrule, turning the braided sleeve inside out, punching the braided sleeve out, wrapping copper foil, cutting aluminum foil via laser, separating twisted wires, stripping wires, crimping the double-ended terminal, assembling the outer conductor, laser spot welding the outer conductor, and AOI.
